I learnt of vacuums today. And that nature, by law, abhors them. Look around you; wherever there is errant space in the world, nature eventually finds a way to fill it. The same is also true of the our human aspects. Forgiveness will eventually fill the void of despair. Joy will find its way into the well carved by sorrow. And peace will eventually seek its board in place of a troubled mind.
But we must create those spaces first. By consciously letting go.
So, if there is something you really need in life, emotional or material, that you just can’t seem to manifest, look inside and around you to see if you've made room for whatever it is you need. A man full of anger has no room for compassion. A woman full of blame and vengeance has no room for forgiveness, and a worried mind will never find the serenity and peace it craves. Similarly, a set of new clothes won’t fit in a wardrobe full of old ones, nor will your dream car squeeze into the garage beside the one you think you need to hold on to.
Let go. Be neither afraid nor shy. Say what you want, make room for it, and then do whatever must be done to get it. And rest assured Nature will take care of the rest.
Good things.
